Miss Melon in Pannam Town.
Miss Melon is a tourist visiting Pannam Town. Her name is likely a reference to the size of her breasts. She can be found standing outside the Bar. She becomes stranded after the Eighth Empire blockades the port, preventing the ship containing her belongings from making land. Her fur coat is ill suited to the climate of Pannam Town and she shortly begins to develop a case of heat rash. It is suggested that she is wearing nothing underneath her coat, as Gre scolds Mag for taking up her offer to look at her heat rash. She has some knowledge of the activities of the Eighth Empire from a journalist friend.
