Vicky is one of the residents of Pannam Town. She stays at home all day caring for her infant son. Her husband works in the navy as a sailor and is rarely home. During Evolution: The World of Sacred Device he comes home for a period of time, but by the end of the game he has left again.

- At one point she makes mention of her baby having younger siblings, which is not possible since it's only an infant. This is likely due to inconsistencies and errors in the English translation.
